Livinginthepast Posted 2 hours ago Posted 2 hours ago Early in the McD era when we had these national games, McD and his coaches came up with really solid gameplans. The Thanksgiving day beatdown of the Cowboys was a great example. Lately though, the plans have been a little hit or miss. I really hope that we start strong on both sides of the ball and McD really focuses on his game management. The last game against Houston last year where he gave away the game by passing 3 times and not killing the clock then going for prevent D when the Texans got the ball back (resulting in an easy completion that put them in FG range and won them the game) was 2nd only to 13 seconds for the dumbest coaching of the McD era. We just cant afford to lose this game. Quote

Regardless, Mexico City is NOT Sinaloa or Juarez. It is safer than many major American cities DESPITE having problems with crime. No one is denying that. Otherwise, it's a vast, diverse, and culturally rich megalopolis that is one of the world's great cities. If one's response to that true statement is to post an AP article (a brief and generic piece about protest that includes an anecdote about a killing in Michoacan, not Mexico City and makes a thin point about Gen Z) after questioning why anyone would ever want to go to Mexico, my hunch is that the person doesn't know a ton about the place. And trust me, I know a lot about Mexico City and read a lot of news sources (it's basically a core part of my job). But as @Einstein said, back to football. I understood your point. I was just throwing a bone. Quote
Orlando Buffalo Posted 1 hour ago Posted 1 hour ago This game is huge just based on the wild card implication, so I hope they simply take care of business Quote
