Said it was a shiz pick on draft night. THIS has been my major frustration as a Bills fan: watching them make stupid decisions and KNOWING they are bad decisions in real time. It’s maddening.

I wanted Xavier Worthy at that pick or Ladd McConkey in a trade down.

But no, McBeane is smarter than everyone else because he got LUCKY passing on Mahomes (stupid) and lucking into Allen.

Yeah man. Glad we can put this to bed. Finally.

So glad we got Keon instead of a speed burner. Maybe Worthy isn't well developed yet, but he sure made his presence felt in the AFC Championship. He was a perpetual headache. Even Taylor Swift knew they got a good pick in the trade and that we screwed up.

Really bud? You went to quite the extreme on that one.  Assuming you work (maybe you don't), if you're boss reprimanded you for f*&^ing up and hurting your company, you just go yuck it up laughing and joking with your boys at the water cooler?  Even though your the one who is wrong and hurt the company/possible profits? I'm just saying, maybe he should be locked in and serious instead of playing grab ass and dancing.  Nice win today, GO BILLS!!!

Truth is nobody want to be around Keon if he was a sad sack and that's not how you build a team. I've been on a job that involves team work for over 20 years. If one member fails you try and build them up not make them feel under appreciated as that's one of quickest way to make them quit or not want to show they can improve. Keon took ownership to his mistake. Will he improve? Time will tell. Personally I'd want him around cuz there may be a time we'll need him and all we can do is hope he shows up. Whether it be on or off the field.

Motivating a lost coworker versus motivating a NFL player are very different.

NFL players aren’t going to coddle a dude who’s lost when it comes to being on time to meetings…let alone showing up.  Coleman’s inability to do the right thing in the building, and on the field shows he lacks maturity. That’s on him at this level of pro sports and it’s on him to fix it. Not sure he can, and would much rather he be benched until he shows he’s a true NFL receiver.
