Palmer and Moore should have good production in this offense. Elijah Moore also had a 51% catch rate for Cleveland last year, by far the worse on the team. It wasn't because he was being targeted deep. He only averaged 8.8 yards per catch. There's a reason the Browns made no effort to keep him. Quote
