Hey look, another TDS TRUMP!!! thread from Quack.

I'm sure the thoughtful insight will only foster more serious PPP discussion.

Finding is proud.

Just the opposite. I’m ashamed of my country even considering this. If any congressman Rs have any dignity they will vote against this but they’ll likely fall in line.   And MAGAs will likely be pleased. So what’s your opinion.?

You truly are unable or unwilling to discuss a serious issue in an appropriate manner. Pathetic.

It's not a serious issue...

Simple...

What exactly is your problem this time other than your usual display of drama?

Can you point to the serious issue? Thanks in advance.

The Arc will be celebrating 250 years of a country you hate.  Go take a dump on it once it's built; show 'em who's boss!

He’s naming it the arc de trump. Perhaps in 20 years it will be torn down like the statues of other dictators have been. Hopefully, it will never be built with this insulting name.

Being gullible is one thing, putting it on display for others to see is something else. Will you please think before you post?

This no kings geriatric march should be a good time.  Lots of harris/waltz signs.  Not one bit of physical or mental diversity.  Just corporate tools.

And epically ironic as no one voted for those two in the primary.  They were installed like royalty.

While the corporate useful idiots talk dictators and revolution.

Smh.

It's just something else to tear down or undo when Trump leaves office.

Trump wastes money on this, he wants to do this kind of stuff but not help the people in ways that need it. The govt is shut down, people are not getting paid, prices are still going up. He's still an as s hole and the cult loves all of it. I just want the cult to drink the Kool aid when he tells them to.

Do you believe trum is helping you more than he’s helping corporate fat cats?  If so, provide your reasoning.

From the article.

Quote

The so-called Arc de Trump would commemorate the country's 250th anniversary next year and is reportedly being privately funded by Trump's supporters.

So we would build a monument dedicated to the 250th anniversary of our country.

Not as a tribute to President Trump

But if we falsely call it the "Arc-de-Trump"  maybe we can turn the weak minded against it

and the OP swallows it down.

:D

It’s to be privately funded but on cherished government land. Why is that if it’s for the 250th birthday. At least the public might get some use from it unlike the 250 mil ballroom. Do you truly believe there will be no prominent inscriptions or dedication s to trump on the arc?  What makes you think he won’t call it the arc de trump. He renamed the Gulf of Mexico. Would you be opposed to this being called the arc de trump?

btw, it’s unlikely to be done for the anniversary. Then why build it for that reason?

I guess I'd rather see the money go to more worthy causes, but that's a subjective thing and private donations obviously should be left to the discretion of those who donate.  Also appears that the land is available for this sort of memorial, so that box has already been checked.

No. It hasn’t been checked. Will need congressional and other agencies approval if he plays by the rules but dictators don’t.

You love dictators as long as they are leftists within a bureaucracy...

Unelected bureaucrats...

The next 3 years will overwhelm you...
