You are correct...and the Mannings and Rothelisberger were able to get a few SB wins in between that dynasty. But people like Rivers never could even get to the big dance, I hope Allen, Lamar and Burrow get their opportunity to win the SB during this 2nd dynasty. Rams, Bengals, Bucs, Eagles could all get it done. We have the best QB out of all of them. Sorry if I don't just roll over and say gee goly, they're just too good. Any semblance of a defense or the ability to acquire high end talent outside of QB would have been enough. We haven't been been able to do it. So I'm not going to worship guys like McD or Beane who just haven't been good enough to take the next step and have been riding Allen and the dysfunctional AFC East give for far too long. Even worse in my view, the PTSD riddled fan base going as far as thinking this thing somehow falls apart without them. It's like some twisted beaten fan syndrome. Quote
