Actually if you’d stop seething and crying for a moment, you’d see that Judge Murphy was protecting the migrants via a separate order that was different from the one SCOTUS ruled on. 
 

Obviously you’d know this if you’d pause  with your blind desire to remove brown people from the U.S. for five seconds.
