The public has been calling for the heads of the police for supposedly railroading the young man and coercing statements from witnesses. Once you watch the whole video, it's fairly clear that Lacy was at fault. I mean, the guy took his own life and i don't think he would have if he was innocent. And i have nothing more to say on this. Over and out. Pretty much sums it up. Sad situation. Quote

Its actually even less than that when you consider its TWO cars moving towards each other. Average reaction time is about 1.5 secs for a driver to START a reactive action. Dude quad passed in no passing zone, in a Dodge Charger, small 2 lane road with no shoulders... An oncoming driver is not at fault for a reactive action to a car doing TWICE the speed, head on. Its a small 2 lane road too, no shoulders on either side Quote

No. The narrative on social media is already shifting to “so what if he was speeding in the oncoming lane he didn’t actually hit anyone so it’s still not his fault”. And that’s just how long it would take his car to travel 60 yards on an empty road. If you account for the speed of the cars traveling towards him it’s likely less than a second before they would’ve collided. Quote
