Selling F-35's to the Saudis is not "bowing down." The 9-11 attacks were certainly supported by quite a few Saudis, and some of those individuals were in the gov, but there was never any proof that it was a Saudi gov condoned operation. It was a Islamic operation, specifically the Wahhabi interpretation, which is popular in Saudi Arabia. 1
