Just read an article that quoted Nick Bosa saying that he “heard complaining before the game” and saw the “foreshadowing” but chose not to say anything as he didn’t want it to be a “distraction”. 
 

This is a guy who’s a team captain, a leader of the team. What TF is going on over there?!?

They suspended him, which is far worse. He can't sign with another team, loses his last 3 game checks, and opens up legal action against him to recoup some of his signing bonus. His locker is already cleaned out and he will never enter the stadium again.
