  1. 1. Which would you rather?

    • Trade up for MHJ, Nabers or Odunze (2024 1st, 2024 2nd, 2025 1st, 2025 2nd)
    • Go up for BTJ (2024 1st, 2024 4th, 2025 2nd)
    • Stay put and take a WR at 28, double dip and possibly trade up from 60 to 33-40
    • Take a WR at 28, go with a different position at 60
    • Other, please list.
    • Trade back and then take a WR RD2.
    • Trade for a Veteran WR

Apologies to the OP, but I keep reading the title "how should we address WR" and having the TS Eliot poem "the Ad-Dressing of Cats" from "Old Possum's Book of Practical Cats" come to mind.  I admit to being a bit "embrangled" in my thought processes, but Hear Me Out.  I think star WR are Cats.

2nd verse:

"How would you ad-dress a Cat?

So first, your memory I'll jog,
And say: A CAT IS NOT A DOG.

And you might now and then supply
Some caviare, or Strassburg Pie,
Some potted grouse, or salmon paste--
He's sure to have his personal taste.
(I know a Cat, who makes a habit
Of eating nothing else but rabbit,
And when he's finished, licks his paws
So's not to waste the onion sauce.)
A Cat's entitled to expect
These evidences of respect.
And so in time you reach your aim,
And finally call him by his NAME.

So this is this, and that is that:
And there's how you AD-DRESS A CAT."

It's the image of bribing that star WR with:

caviare

Strassburg Pie

potted grouse

salmon paste

- or their equivalent evidences of deep respect and admiration - maybe the right age and brand of scotch Whiskey?  fine Champaign?

-before the QB is allowed to "call him by his NAME" and "AD-DRESS A CAT"

Yes, I know, that's not what the OP was getting at, it's just my whimsey.

Fun idea of the day:  THREE 2nd Round WR’s

Trade down from 28 with WSH or CAR.

Both have multiple 2nds.

Include our 4th this year & the 2nd from Diggs

Would be quite the camp battle at the position.

Legette & Franklin I’d want for sure

The other could be McConkey, Pearsall, Wilson, Tez Walker, etc

The way I see this WR class or at least the top 3 tiers

Tier 1

Marvin Harrison Jr

Malik Nabers

Rome Odunze

(Buffalo would have to package up two 1st and two 2nds in a blockbuster trade.)

Tier 2

Brian Thomas Jr

Xavier Legette

(BTJ we would have to trade up for by maybe 10-15 picks. Legette should still be there at 28.)

NOTICEABLE DROP OFF AT TALENT HERE.

Tier 3

Xavier Worthy

Troy Franklin

Ja’Lynn Polk

Jermaine Burton

Javon Baker

Ricky Pearsall

(These are the guys I like, feel free to add your own.)

If it were me, I would see three viable options

1.) Wow somebody away in the top 15-20 picks for Brian Thomas Jr.. maybe a 2024 1st, 4th, 5th, 6th and a 2025 3rd.

2.) Stay put and hope that Xavier Legette is there.

3.) Trade down/stay put and double dip and draft two “good” WRs in the third tier. Yes we would lack a true #1 but we would have multiple good options/weapons for Josh Alllen.
