I don't think Kafka hired on to be Daboll's dingleberry; he hired on to have a chance to take a step in his career as an OC and hopeful HC. Without an O line the entire offense is helpless. Maybe Shoen was counting on picking up a few of the Bills' castoff O linemen. Stafford was available...
