I'm going to wait before embracing any motivation story. 1st for a Grand Jury to hear evidence for an indictment.

Why did the bomb sniffing dogs miss the bomb in plain sight when Kamala was there? How come the Wray FBI lied about the cellular data being corrupted? Both bombs were planted in plain sight, sat overnight, and then BOTH bombs were miraculously discovered within 20 minutes of the joint session. How come after the bomb was discovered at the DNC the agents sat in their car for a few minutes and then allowed children to cross the street within feet of the bomb? That's just a few.
