The daily testing was quite a logistical challenge and expense for the NFL/teams (not sure who paid) Daily testing arranged by the NFL but charged to players/staff who do not wish to to be vaccinated seems a realistic compromise Same for fans getting tested prior to the game as per last Jan, if they don't wish to be vaccinated. The facts in that article are correct to my knowledge (one small exception), and offered as a PSA to address the mistaken belief it's illegal in the US for local or state governments or for employers to require vaccination.
