To be fair, it's not all the players who have workout bonuses.  I think I counted, of the Bills top 51 salaries, 30 of them have workout bonuses.

 

Paradoxically, I think it's the guys at the bottom of the roster who most benefit to be there - gives them more time getting the scheme down and more time in the eyes of the coaches and staff.

All fair points.

This really comes down to personal decision and locker room leadership. It will be interesting to see if and how this impacts play on the field.
