To be fair, it's not all the players who have workout bonuses.  I think I counted, of the Bills top 51 salaries, 30 of them have workout bonuses.

 

Paradoxically, I think it's the guys at the bottom of the roster who most benefit to be there - gives them more time getting the scheme down and more time in the eyes of the coaches and staff.
