I know, the wife is a gazillionaire, but he’s made generational wealth all on his own, even playing at a discount. The guy wants to WIN. That earns my respect. Do the deal now, pay Josh VERY handsomely and down the road it will look like a deal. It’s hard NOT to love the guy, and I’ll be very happy for him. .
