I don't see us giving up a 2019 pick for a guy who can't get it together at the college level. He also has some shortcomings as a player. The expectation is that he might go in the 5th or 6th round. Beane might consider a 7th round flyer, but I don't think he'd use a fifth. In today's day and age of tutors and sham majors for players it's almost impossible to not maintain a "C" average unless you're just really unmotivated. Adonis is a good player, but nothing special. I've seen many better corners at Tech in my 30 or so years of following the team. I'd pass on him. If he gets a shot anywhere I think it'll be as a transition to a Safety. These days in college sports, "troubled" can mean rape, robbery, and riotous mayhem. With Alexander it's seems to have been weed and sub-par scholastics, so keep that in mind. Yeah, his best season was his freshman year when he was at safety. When Adonis got switched to corner he was just sort of... average. Neither good, nor bad.
