Granted the cats that are judged are named more like race horses than traditional cat names, but remember these cats have to be uniquely named (how many tabby cats named "Tabby" can be in one competition? how many tiger cats named "Tigger" etc). Looks like the names frequently contain the breeder's corporate name (in this case, Heritage Coons). Click on the Winner's lists and you will see some interesting names...
