I sit here and think I'm so glad I don't live there anymore and then I think about the **** parts of Oakland and can't wait to get out of here. The irony though is the incredible amount of equity I have in a short period of time here is what's likely going to allow me to retire early. Thank you to the insane real estate market in SF.
