billsfan89 Posted January 28, 2017 Share Posted January 28, 2017 On a cheap 1 or 2 year deal yes, you could do worse for a 4th receiver, adds some punch and speed to the offense. Ted Ginn has done well for the Panthers offense 2 out of the last 3 seasons. If it costs anything significant to keep him then pass. But a sub 1 million dollar deal I Would seriously consider.
