I know he wants to play,” said Ryan. “He came in and felt a little better late last night and came in and got with (defensive line coach) Karl Dunbar to discuss the (game) plan. I know he plans on playing. We hope he plays. I’m not sure. He was signed off the street after he was released by Washington in mid-September. Rambo made an early impact with his two-interception game last season in an upset win over Green Bay. It’s been onward and upward since then, but Rambo isn’t sure his career would’ve taken its current trajectory had Washington not released him in the first place. When the club that made him a sixth-round pick released him it was a wake up call for Rambo. That’s why he has no hard feelings toward the Washington club. We still have a shot, albeit a slim one, but it's worth rooting for til the end. Especially to crush the Jets playoff hops week 17. Indeed. I am not drinking any Kool Aid, but am not writing off this season. I'm headed to the Ralph for my first home game in 17 seasons next week so I refuse to let the negatives effect me. I know that they exist, but I will overlook them in hopes that this team can win out and take some success into the offseason. I think some people think that you're not a fan if you don't whine about something (or multiple things) every week. Makes for discussion at least.
