However, it was just the first of a series of "must-wins", due to their inability to play consistent winning football during the earlier portion of the schedule. So, as of last week, they had won a meaningful game - but it was only meaningful if they won out. Unfortunately, it was rendered meaningless by today's loss, because they had to win out and failed. "We're complaining"? Maybe you are complaining but I am not. I simply pointed out the loss today rendered last week's win meaningless.
