Thrivefourfive
As someone who has done it ( and got it to the catcher ) it's a lot more nerve-racking than it appears once you get on the mound. Rex acquitted himself quite well. On a side note: has any coach ever come into Buffalo and immersed and ingrained himself into the culture more than Rex has? He seems to have a deep and profound respect for the history of the Bills and WNY in general. Makes it pretty hard not to love the guy before he's coached even so much as a preseason game. Rex has been a total homerun for Buffalo Bills Football. All he has to do is win games now. The team is loaded. The coaching staff is loaded. The owner is loaded. The QB position is being worked out. Let's go, Rex. Stay on my wing...I'll take you all the way in.
YoloinOhio
@mikerodak: Ryan said his pitch (at the Buffalo Bisons opener) reached home plate. Notes that Tom Bradys one-hopped. @mikerodak: Rex Ryan: Tom likes taking advice from me, I know."
