Sorry that I am very late with this one. The Spring Season starts this month which means the beginning of bigger titles and bigger box office numbers. As always the next two months will serve as an appetizer to the upcoming Summer Season. There is one movie in particular that is an anticipated sequel to the latest book-turned-into-movie series.

That film is "Insurgent", the second story to the "Divergent" series. Beatrice Prior must confront her inner demons and continue her fight against a powerful alliance which threatens to tear her society apart with the help from others on her side. Starring Shailene Woodley, Ansel Elgort, Theo James & Kate Winslet.

Disney continues it's latest trend of turning it's classic animated features into live action films, this time with "Cinderella". When her father unexpectedly passes away, young Ella finds herself at the mercy of her cruel stepmother and her daughters. Never one to give up hope, Ella's fortunes begin to change after meeting a dashing stranger. Starring Lily James, Cate Blanchett, Richard Madden & Helena Bonham Carter. Directed by Kenneth Branagh.

Director Neill Blomkamp brings us "Chappie". In the near future, crime is patrolled by a mechanized police force. When one police droid, Chappie, is stolen and given new programming, he becomes the first robot with the ability to think and feel for himself. Starring Sharlto Copley, Dev Patel, Hugh Jackman & Sigourney Weaver.

Will Ferrell & Kevin Hart star in "Get Hard". When millionaire James King is nailed for fraud and bound for San Quentin, he turns to Darnell Lewis to prep him to go behind bars.

Sean Penn is "The Gunman". A sniper on a mercenary assassination team, kills the minister of mines of the Congo. Terrier's successful kill shot forces him into hiding. Returning to the Congo years later, he becomes the target of a hit squad himself. Also starring Idris Elba, Jasmine Trinca & Javier Bardem.

In "Unfinished Business", A hard-working small business owner and his two associates travel to Europe to close the most important deal of their lives. But what began as a routine business trip goes off the rails in every way imaginable - and unimaginable. Starring Vince Vaughn, Tom Wilkinson, Dave Franco & James Marsden.

Finally in the animated film "Home", An alien on the run from his own people, lands on Earth and makes friends with the adventurous Tip, who is on a quest of her own. Starring the voices of Jim Parsons, Rihanna, Steve Martin & Jennifer Lopez.

Didn't people say the same thing about Wall-E?

He did have that look. Everything I heard about chappie was more about the story than the look of the robot though. War robot that develops free will? Yep, that's Short Circuit. I hope Steve Guttenberg pops up randomly in the movie.
