LAMP: Spending a Month in China

Recommended Posts

I wish I could remember it, but our tour guide had a joke about the Rolex watches they sell, something about how it works just long enough to get you to the airport.

Wifey went to Hong Kong a couple of times. Brought me back a self-winding Rolex she got for $20. US. the time-setting knob fell off about a month after I got it. Even though it has a Seiko works inside, I don't know of a place I could take it to get repaired.

One of our Product Manages came back with a "Rolex." It's actually quite nice.

And I just went for my vaccinations: Hep a, Hep c, typhoid, a rabies booster, plus I picked up an anti-diahrea pack.

How glamorous.

Be prepared!

Don't eat the cat.

Why? I hear it's delicious.

This is not for the light-hearted:

But this is no longer prevalent nor acceptable.

I have had the snake blood toast. Not bad but it's cold-blooded (as it's performed right by you) so a little weird. Fortunately, I was already drinking so I was more amenable.

No way. Can you imagine the live parasites that might be in that monkeys brain?
