Buffalo Boy Posted December 15, 2014 Share Posted December 15, 2014 I don't think Schwartz get offers next year unless it's from the Bills who I am starting to think may not want to risk losing him and bump him up to head coach like Rams did with Martz. My initial thought was Marrone would absolutely get another year simply bc the team has improved but what has Marrone added to this team except hire two good defensive coordinators? This team is obviously being carried by its defense while the offense continues to regress. Agree. I don't hate Marrone but neither am I impressed. Hated the re punt after the repunt when we had the ball on the 45 and lost 9 yards. BAD:( It took the back end of the defense a while to get it together this season but they all trust each other now. They don't get flustered by bad plays. The pre snap communication is obvious and they are all very relaxed. This actually reminds me of Ted Cottrell's defense, not the scheme as much as the demeanor.
