Though he may act "clownish" at times, I don't have much of a problem with Rex. I get the impression he's a good person overall. Seems to have his players' backs. Never throws anyone under the bus. Obviously I don't know him at all - just the impression I get. Bill B on the other hand doesn't come off as a clown, but rather a D-bag. Then again, I don't know him either.
