papazoid
I think the NFL combine is the ONLY workout that should be asked of a player. a "Pro Day" is player optional. all these individual team workouts should be banned. the risk of injury is too great. http://profootballtalk.nbcsports.com/2014/04/15/offseason-workouts-the-next-frontier-for-rookies-to-say-no/
Mr. WEO
Combine, Pro Day and team invite pre-draft workouts are optional. NFL post-draft team workouts are necessary. Would you ban them? Edited April 15, 2014 by Mr. WEO

What about the risk of a guy not getting time to impress the staff of a team or the risk of a team not properly getting to assess a guys talent or personality without spending time with him? The Big Cat
What is the rate of injury? Consistent with the mortality rate of e-cigarette secondhand non-smoke.
FireChan
Job interviews should be banned. The emotional distress risk is just too great.
