NickelCity Posted November 6, 2012 Share Posted November 6, 2012 I understand that selling the team after his death may be the best financial decision for Ralph's family, but I have a hard time believing that there is no consideration for public opinion. If the team were simply auctioned off to the highest bidder (say, from out of town), Ralph would be vilified. Considering the wealth that the family has already accumulated (and are set to received regardless of even the most stringent tax), I would think that there must be some consideration of this. (Oh yeah--Ralph could have moved to Houston, right doc? ) You think that if Buffalo loses the Bills, they're ever getting another NFL team? Yeah, okay.
