The biggest thing is that he shouldn't be ruling on anything but what's been presented. This will ideally (for both sides) cut out some of that 50k pages of proof that really boils down to a few hundred. The nfl will not be able to rely on the idea of a mosaic that's pieced together by stuff never presented. It will be all on the stuff that they are confident about (good or bad for either side).
