Vilma files an additional suit

Recommended Posts

Vilma is maintaining that mike cerullo (the anonymous source) not only fabricated evidence but also retracted his statements in April. Vilma is pushing for his suspension to be blocked as he claims the league is not acting in good faith.

Keeps getting messier. Is the general feeling still that the league is holding back a smoking gun or is there starting to be some questioning out there about what they might actually be hiding? Im hearing rumblings in the media more and more but the public seems slow to question.

I think there is probably more than cerullos notes and testimony as far as evidence goes. But think the league was pretty foolish to ban vilma for a whole year. Goodwell keeps saying front office and coaches are held up to a higher standard, but why is vilma getting the same one year that payton and loomis are getting?

This whole thing with the lawsuits and questioning the evidence might have blown over by now if they just suspended vilma for one or two games

The suit is not about Vilma at all. It's an end run by the NFLPA to get at the names of those who talked. Vilma is going to be sore when the NFLPA gets what it wants and leaves him hanging.

Mike cerullo is the man who spoke. As of now, there's no indication players spoke minus the Hargrove stuff.
