I understand the state is tying to do this on the cheap but I know some of the people who are interested in this program and they are itching to blow an illegals head off. And I'm not even paraphrasing that. I would rather see the state set up some kind of state border patrol or something like that. More expensive, but less risk. They are followed by people from other Latin American countries at 23 percent, or 2.6 million; Asia at 11 percent or 1.3 million; Europe and Canada at 4 percent or 500,000; and African countries and other nations at 3 percent, or 400,000. So who do you think he was talking about? I grant you the distinction that other "brown skins" are here than Mexicans. I am guessing that the color of their skin matters far more than their nationality does to Jim. Could be wrong, he might be willing to kill anyone. Again, what race is an illegal? See above.
