Good luck selling tickets next year!

Recommended Posts

Asking a buffalo Bill message board junkie whether he'll buy season ticket next year or not is a lot like asking whether a drunk will buy alcohol again. The real test is whether the majority of ticket holders who do not use this board will buy season tickets next year.

hahahah. Well said. We are all Bills addicts. I don't buy seasons anymore because I don't live in Buffalo, but I plan to go up for the Home Opener again.

Looks like 7 wins to me, just in that bunch.

Yes, but many people said the same thing about the Bills when they were 5-2, thinking we would loose only 1 or two more games. Never understimate the FO ability to do stupid things like (1) not resign SJ; (2) bring back Edwards; (3) not pay Freedie; and (4) not get a real NFL starting caliber QB.

The Bills are nothing more than inert ingredient in the NFL and historically mediocre with a few good years.

I'm a sentimental fan without any foolish expectations.

I try for at least one tailgate a year and then finish it off with an anti-climatic Bills game to sober up before the drive home

Who can resist the smell of the tailgate and the sound a beer makes when its opened? Then the march to RWS with hope brimming? Oh yeah, I'll be there.

While I live for tailgates, I'm not going to lose sight of the big picture. If the Bills let Johnson walk and don't make any serious moves to improve, I'm not going to financially support a team that doesn't spend the necessary finances to get better. By getting seasons again, I'd feel as if I'm just enabling the Bills to continue with this losing culture.

Imagine if The Bills bring back Edwards as Defensive coordinator, don't give Fred the raise he was promised (and he holds out), they let Stevie walk and bring in no significant free agents.

Brandon is a doosh, we all know that but he has marketed the team well, but even PT Barnum couldnt sell tickets to that trainwreck.

The Bills must make a splash and not just cosmetic ones like T.O.

Doosh? :wallbash:

you are in idiot. the house will be full on opening day like it always is. The tailgate is 2/3 of what most WNY knuckleheads come for anyway

Couldn't agree more. It's disappointing when we lose, but nothing beats the game day experience at the Ralph.

Buying a season ticket defines stupidity!

Isn't it more like insanity? Doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results?

That said if I wasn't in California I would be renewing / buying...It is a GAME. A game that I enjoy to watch, Yes I am disappointed when they lose, and happy as hell when they win.

I will be renewing my Sunday ticket package if that counts? spending my Sunday's watching bills football will always be my fall schedule... Counting down the days till they come play here on the west coast.
