I had to check for myself. My first thought was that Crayon was a Proper noun. Hence, it could be pronounced however the heck Crayola wanted it to sound. Regardless, it seems to have two syllables. If you click the little speaker button next to the word you get a very emphatic CRAY-ON.

Edit: just noticed that they also list 'kran as a pronounciation. Guess either is good.

My kids say "Crannies" - so his name could be I eat Crannies

When I hear the word "Haiku", it reminds me of the Beavis and Butthead episode:

Hippie Teacher: "Today we're going to explore the world of Haiku"

Butthead: "We're going to explore the world of getting high? Cool!"

Sorry, I digress.....

Football on Sunday (5)

Merriman Dareus swarm (7)

Buffalo gets WIN (5)

GO BILLS!!!
