BuffaloBud Posted February 14, 2011 Share Posted February 14, 2011 Most I weighed was 215 (just scratch 6 foot). I'm about 195 now. Ride my bike 1 hour on the trainer 3 times a week - yoga 3 days. bbb Posted February 14, 2011 Share Posted February 14, 2011 I am 6' 7". My heaviest was 407. I was down to 293 for a while. Now I'm hovering around 330. I still play hockey (goalie) twice a week. I think you'd be surprised how well I can still move. PTR You don't look 6'7" 330 in that picture........Or else NHL goalies have so much equipment now that they all look 330 and therefore you would, too. Had some back problems 1.5 years ago that finally convinced me to do something about it, so I dropped 45 pounds in 13 weeks last winter. Those are very close to my numbers as far as where I am - record high of 230 and I'm 6'0" and where I'd like to get to. I used to be 180 or so until I got old! How'd you do it? Whenever she gets on me about being fat, I remind her that SHE is the one who more than doubled her weight, not me When she sits around the house she sits AROUND the house She's warmth in the winter and shade in the summer.
