MRM33064
Yes, Wade was almost always a superb defensive coordinator ... Perhaps a little review of the Wade Phillips/Ralph Wilson relationship is in order. Wade's parting with Uncle Ralph was slightly less than amicable. mead107
Let's give him another year with some better talent. Edited January 4, 2011 by mead107
Green Lightning
I was in Edward's corner until recently. 16 games in and still players were out of position and gaps not filled. A lot of that is squat for talent but I think we need a better DC.

Someone explain to me how a DC like Nolan can turn around a 2009 Denver defense and make it into a decent to good 3-4 in one year, but we have guys who still don't know their assignments, etc. I'm genuinely asking, that's not rhetorical. Cash
I'm not a fan of this idea that we should keep our bad coach around until he screws up a talented team, and only fire him then. Unless we're gunning for another high pick in 2012.

Lke I said, some of this has to be owned by the DC. We need a 3-4 guru.
