Bourbon Champagne cocktails. Sugar cube in the bottom of the Champagne glass, couple dashes of bitters, measure of Makers Mark and top with Champagne. Simple to make, very refreshing, and you don't have to sound like a complete douche ordering one from a bar. Also my drink of choice... no hangovers the next day however much I booze.
