NFL wants it to be on a paid tier and TW wants it to be on basic cable, or visa-verse. I am going to watch it legally (at a bar) and the nfl isn't going to make any money off of me watching legally rather than illegally. The whole point is moot imo. It is really just a techincallity. And if they wanted to cutback on the "stealing" the nfl should make the product more available rather than forcing people into a dish service they don't want.
