OJ Simpson in Naked Gun

Just saw it for the first time, he fell sooo far (at the end).

sorry, just couldn't resist since the 16 year anniversary just passed.

Back to your normal bickering

OJ was perfect for that part. Wish he would have stuck with acting in goofy movies. So sad that our most famous Buffalo Bill is the most notorious celebrity murderer in the world.

He will always be Mordberg in my mind. I am serious, and dont call me Shirley.

Nordberg. And yes he is impeccable in that role. So is Dragline from Cool Hand Luke.

"Frank, when Nordberg said 'I love you' he was talking about a boat."

"I realize that. Now."

Top 4 Comedies Ever (as according to Metzelaars):

1. Spinal Tap

2. Revenge of the Nerds

3. Billy Madison

4. Naked Gun

I prefer a good drama like Young Frankenstein, Blazing Saddles, the Blues Brothers, or Friday.

I can't get into the whole Mel Brooks comedy thing. Perhaps it's a generational thing. I grew up in the 80's and it goes straight over my head. Blues Brothers is classic, but I think of it more of a movie I just like than a movie that actually makes me laugh out loud.

Funny movie. I remember taking my wife to the Transit Drive In in Lockport to see the movie. OJ was not the best actor in the world, but he knew his limits. OJ had the world in the palm of his hand until the murders. The man was a childhood hero of mine, but when I see him now, I am filled with discust for the man. At least he is in the Las Vegas Hilton (local joke for the North Las Vegas jail). Or he may be in a Nevada State jail. It doesen't matter, as long as he stays in jail.

I faked every orgasm.

Busty Female Shop Assistant: Is this some kind of bust?

Lt. Frank Drebin: Well, it's very impressive, yes, but we need to ask you a few questions.

Lt. Frank Drebin: That's the red-light district. I wonder why Savage is hanging around down there.

Captain Ed Hocken: Sex, Frank?

Lt. Frank Drebin: Uh, no, not right now, Ed.

Lt. Frank Drebin: Hector Savage. From Detroit. Ex-boxer. His real name was Joey Chicago.

Ed Hocken: Oh, yeah. He fought under the name of Kid Minneapolis.

Nordberg: I saw Kid Minneapolis fight once. In Cincinnati.

Lt. Frank Drebin: No you're thinking of Kid New York. He fought out of Philly.

Ed Hocken: He was killed in the ring in Houston. By Tex Colorado. You know, the Arizona Assassin.

Nordberg: Yeah, from Dakota. I don't remember it was North or South.

Lt. Frank Drebin: North. South Dakota was his brother. From West Virginia.

Ed Hocken: You sure know your boxing.

Lt. Frank Drebin: All I know is never bet on the white guy.

[Nordberg nods in agreement]
