OTA Day 8

And Ellis Lankster raked the ball away from James Hardy to prevent a touchdown catch.

"Like-a-um, like-a-um, like-a-um, you can't catch that."

Easy big fella......to be honest if you watch the video......it would of been a TD

what it looks like: fitz makes all reads quickly and floats the ball near the reciever. Trent stares down his intended then throws it at him after a while. brohm on the other hand seems to read everyone then throw it where he wants with some good zip.

its looking good for brohm... but cant really tell until pads get put on

I just liked reading this:

“Everything speeds up in the red zone and you have to practice that on a regular basis or you don’t get a feel for that,” said Gailey. “You’re trying to introduce the base concepts right now, but as time goes on because we’ll continue to practice that on a regular basis. A lot of games are won and lost in the red zone.”

Amazing - maybe we'll know what to do when we get in the red zone this year...

Brohm throws the best ball; it's evident in each of the dailys posted on bb.com

No fan of Brohm here either, but reading is bloody important. Such a shame he throws so many interceptions, maybe if he gets that in check he'll work out as the promise he once was. On the other hand if Trent relearns to read again instead of feeling rushed all the time he may beocme the man. Fitz needs to improve his accuracy big time. Combine the three and you are left with one hell of a quarterback (positve or negative depending on what you mix).
