Listening to Brandon this morning, he was preaching that what this team needs is consistency in coaching. Let's pray that Terry does not buy into this as well.The only thing consistent about the coaching is how terrible it's been over the last 100 years. We know Orton is not a franchise QB but I do believe he is good enough to get this team into playoffs. So what is needed to make that happen? The run game is the worst I can remember and that has to be the number 1 flaw to fix. Can the flaws below be fixed by September 2015? Maybe with the DT depth, Buffalo can make a trade using Kyle Williams (love him to death but we saw our Dline with Charles last week). I bet a top guard or TE could come back (or a nice draft pick).
