Seems an odd place for Bernie to be pushing his agenda but it is sort of liberating. No sense arguing with Alabama's new abortion law. Have all the kids you want when you're not going to have to pay for their college. Twelve years, eh? Might as well take that college fund and spend it on hookers and blow. -

For years I've been asking you if you were dropped on your head as a child, now someone else asks the same question. Do you think that is just coincidence? When did Trump ask Russia for help? If you say that he asked Russia to hack Hillary's computer then you'll just be proving to anyone that bothers to read your response just how disingenuous you are. It was a sarcastic remark in public in front of many, many millions. -

The entire dem slate is still clinging to the false narrative about Trump that has been disproven. One would think that the electorate would see these people as liars. -

Looking at the scroll line on that video where it is frozen, there is a politician named "Menzies"? Bloody awful name for a politician in Australia. -
What is better, no guns, or more guns?

For this guy I think no guns are better: -
No. They are "Fraudulent Asylum Seekers" who should be finger printed and photographed, in addition to placing their DNA on file. They also should be forbidden any future entry into our country and if found here, immediately deported.

"I mean, you got the first mainstream African-American who is articulate and bright and clean and a nice-looking guy. I mean, that's a storybook, man." –Joe Biden, referring to Barack Obama at the beginning of the 2008 Democratic primary campaign, Jan. Joe Biden was the inspiration for "Seinfeld". Nearly 50 years in the federal government and no one can name an accomplishment. On top of that not once has he been on the right side of any major issue. He even advised Obama that going after Osama was too risky politically in case they failed to get him. -

Let me put it this way: I think that you and I come from the same position. I believe that abortion is not for me but that I can't make that decision for other people. It is their decision (up to a point) to make and they'll have to reconcile that with their God. If that is not your position, let me know. Otherwise the only difference between us regarding abortion is what we call ourselves. You call yourself pro choice, I call myself pro life.

"When the stock market crashed, Franklin D. Roosevelt got on the television and didn't just talk about the, you know, the princes of greed. He said, 'Look, here's what happened." –Joe Biden, apparently unaware that FDR wasn't president when the stock market crashed in 1929 and that only experimental TV sets were in use at that time, interview with Katie Couric, Sept. 22, 2008 -
So, you are setting the viability cutoff at 20 weeks? To me that's a stretch but by all means not Draconian. This has been a very good discussion here for the last couple of days. A lot of reasoned, philosophical arguments. Even with people like DC Tom who claims he is pro choice but not for himself, only for others. I claim to be pro life, but only for myself. I believe that other people should be able to choose for themselves (with limits) and it's between them and their God. He's pro choice, I'm pro life and I'm willing to bet that there isn't a scintilla of difference between our positions.
