Considering that, after the Bills picked, none of the rookie QB's (so far) look to be even potential franchise players and no rookie LT is starting, the Spiller pick looks even better. exactly. and thats what buddy/chan said all along. nothing there better than what we already had exept for spiller. i for one was all for a trade down. but right now im more than happy that didnt happen. cj can be a very, very special player in this league

great job and really nice to read they finally battle the elements. when i was coaching, the only time practice was canceled was because of lightning. and we NEVER practiced indoors. well, we couldnt. no facilities ^^. but even if we wouldnt had.

since ive coached youth football i throw my 2 cents in use 2 hands on the ball in the " buffalo-area" ^^ to us that was up to LB-depth. once this area is cleared switch to outside hand and push off these tiny little DBs. if a DB is met headon its again 2-hands. and really any mouthpiece will do

live hitting gives you a better feel for the contact part of football. there are no walkthrus for tackling and blocking. or beeing tackled and blocked. you have to do it. and that reduces injuries over the course of a season. or at least it should ^^
