    I agree that this trade might be one that gets both players into defenses that are a better fit for them. Hughes clearly fits well into our new scheme but wasn't a great fit for the Colts. I assume the same is true for Shep. Nothing wrong with a mutually beneficial trade - that's just good GM work.

    I didn't get to see the game. Which few players stood out the most? Any unexpected guys really make a case for a roster spot?

    So for those of us out of state, it is $15 to watch it live online, free to watch sporadic coverage on NFL Network, and free to watch a replay on NFL network at 10am EST Sunday?

    Definitely good scouting, although he was signed as an undrafted free agent. But, someone from our staff must have convinced him to sign with Buffalo. Kid got killed in college. Was sacked 119 times in 31 games and was injured a lot. Been a long time since he played behind an offensive line that could actually keep him upright!
