I agree, Josh wouldn’t look big on the basketball. He’d have to play like Josh Hart. Wing that can hit the boards, play d and hit 3s. Anyone can stick in the nba if they can play D and hit 3’s. That’s what the league has become because it’s nearly impossible to stop penetration. Penetration to get the D to rotate and pass til you get an open 3. That IS the NBA.
Looked it up and he is listed at 205, which is a surprise to me....thought I remember the announcers on a Magic broadcast saying he was 6-5 240 and me equating him and Josh Allen size-wise after that was said....oh well, at least I had the height correct!

Jalen Suggs of my Orlando Magic, a former All-State QB in high school, is the same size as Josh Allen...6-5 240 lbs...and he looks so tiny on the court in the NBA.
As big as Josh looks on the football field, it is amazing how small he would look on an NBA court!!

Anyone watch "Fool Me Once" on Netflix?
A British Whodunnit that will keep you guessing with a good ending.
The actress who plays the main character is an absolute beauty, IMO, and the actor who plays the lead detective does a great job.

I probably say this every year, but I really miss Doc Emrick as the voice of the NHL.
No one could bring more excitement to a Hockey game than Doc!!

I'm sure there is a little bit of blame on both sides.....Scheffler acting a little too entitled and the cop being a little overzealous.
This will never see the inside of a courtroom, IMO, and Scheffler will have to pay a sizeable fine.
The same result could have been gained in a more private manner if the cops just wrote him a few tickets and moved on.

Having said that, these uniforms should coincide perfectly with the quality of play the G-men have been putting out on the field recently!🙂

Colbert had a good joke about the "Portal" art installation in New York.
If you don't know, the Portal is basically a livestream camera between New York City and Dublin, Ireland. Unfortunately, people have been doing lewd and unseemly things in front of the camera in both cities.
Colbert's joke was:
I could've told you this wasn't going to go well.......everybody knows what you get when you mix New York City and Dublin Ireland......you get Boston!!!🤣

Who on the Bills roster will come out of the shadows and have a huge impact on the coming season??
I don't know the answer, but I know who the Bills need it to be.....Shakir. If he can have a Bernard-like impact on the Offense this year, the Bills O will not miss a beat after the departure of Diggs.
What other players do you think have the potential to make the leap from nobody to somebody this season??

I'm sure somewhere in this long thread, a Tee Higgins comparison was made:
Higgins: 33rd pick in the draft, 6 foot 3 and 5/8th's 216 lbs. , 4.59 40 time
Coleman: 33rd pick in the draft, 6 foot 4 216 lbs. 4.61 40 time
I'd be quite happy if Coleman can approach Higgins-level production.

I'd bet all of Buffalo was rejoicing when Eichel missed a wide open net for the game tying goal.
What a horrible miss in such an important moment.
Side note: VGK and my Orlando Magic both losing Game 7's on the same day.....not gonna lie, that stings quite a bit! 4 months until the Bills season....it can't get here fast enough!!

Due to the fact that McD always seems to get the most out of the players in the Secondary, Bishop has the potential to be the best Safety from this draft as well.
It will also be interesting to see how he matches up covering the top TE's in the league.....I'm sure this is one of the main roles McBeane envision Bishop filling.

Based on 4 decades of living here.
Here is some recent local news stories from the last few months off the top of my head:
Stepfather rapes and murders 13 year old stepdaughter and dumps her in the woods
A woman from South Florida travelling to Central Florida apparently as a drug mule for her husband, was car jacked in broad daylight, then robbed, murdered, and her and her car were found burned in a construction lot
An 18 year old kid shot and killed a random woman, then came back to the scene a few hours later and killed a 9 year old girl and a news reporter who was covering the first murder, also seriously injuring his cameraman
I could go on and on.......there is some evidence for you

I wanted to add one more thing about Suggs.....he plays Basketball like a football player!!
Taking charges, diving on the floor for loose balls, etc.....there isn't a game where he doesn't end up on the floor multiple times.
Also, when he throws a successful full court pass that leads to a basket, he throws up the "Touchdown" sign as homage to his QB days....pretty cool.
