  1. 14 left.....it gets tougher pending on who you have already used.

I know many will use the Bills this week, but I used them already vs the Saints.

I've narrowed my choices to Seattle or Denver, and I am leaning Seattle due to the fact that they don't look usable over the next few weeks after this one.

One out of the box pick I am considering, however, is Carolina over the Saints.....I mean, when will you ever want to use Carolina if not this week?? Just thinking they might have a letdown after their big win over the Packers.

    Who ya got???

Is there a changing of the guard in AFC power dynamics or is this an illusion?  How good are the Colts, Broncos Patriots and for honorable mention the Chargers? Do the Bills need to be worried about any of these teams from a playoffs perspective? I know threads take on their own flavor but I am asking the questions in all seriousness to see what the read is from others.

I also get it that injuries will say a lot about what happens over the balance of the season. This aspect of the situation is anybody’s guess.

    Colts?? Broncos?? Chargers??

    Bosa: 8.5 sacks

    Rousseau: 7 sacks

    Jackson: 5.5 sacks

    Epenesa: 3.5 sacks

    Solomon: 2 sacks

    Total: 26.5 sacks

Almost Halfway through the season, and the numbers stand here:

    Bosa: 4 sacks

    Rousseau: 3 sacks

    Jackson: 0 sacks

    Epenesa: 2.5 sacks

    Solomon: 1 sack

    Total: 10.5 sacks

Bosa, Rousseau, Solomon on pace to reach my predicted numbers

    Epenesa outpacing my predicted number

Unfortunately, the big whiff so far has been Landon Jackson......predicted a "stellar" rookie season, and he can't even see the field!

Right now, not on pace to reach the Over thanks to Jackson, but I think the Defense has gotten a little bit more aggressive these last two weeks that McD has been calling the plays, and the Over is still in reach.

  4. Josh Allen now has 72 career rushing TD's.....the only active player, not QB, but player in the NFL right now that has more rushing TD's than Josh is Derrick Henry with 112.

Just crazy to think that a QB who is one of the best in the league throwing the ball, is also unrivaled in rushing TD's among almost everyone active in the league right now!!

No doubt he will surpass 100 rushing TD's before his career is over!

    Go Bills!!!

  5. The Chefs had the ball for the last possession of the first half, and the first possession of the second half, and only managed to score 3 points!!

I really think this was the true turning point of the game.....the Bills came up big on the Goal Line stand to hold the Chefs to a FG to end the first half (shout-out to Cole Bishop for the bone-jarring hit on Kelce), and forced a three and out on the first possession of the second half.

Things would have been a lot different if the Chefs go TD, TD in that situation......great job by the D for minimizing the damage on those two drives!!

    Go Bills!!!

Bills are much more of a lock then the Broncos, IMO. Bills are the pick next week.

If I had Denver still, I’d prob take them on the short week at home against the Raiders.  That said, thinking this is going to be the week to use the Bills here.  One thing I don’t like is Miami get a couple extra days, although these teams already know each other very well and it’s going to feel like another home game on the road.  And not only does Allen generally play great in Miami, it seems to be a thing for Cook now too.

I already used the Bills, but I think I've got to choose between Denver, Seattle, or Chicago......leaning Seattle right now, but we shall see.

  7. I think it was more the Bye Week coming at the perfect time.........it gave the team a chance to look in the mirror, figure out what isn't working, and what needed to change to get back on track.

I agree that the most important change was McD realizing that he needed to put the D into his own hands, and call the Defensive plays full-time.

The loss of Oliver and now Hoecht really hurts the Pass Rush, but the continued emergence of Bishop, Hairston, and hopefully Hancock in the secondary could help counteract those losses.

    Go Bills!!!!

Well the last two times the Blue Jays won the World Series the Bills played in the Super Bowl both times. The Bills lost both times.

Since the Blue Jays lost this time around, it must mean the Bills will win the Super Bowl this time doesn’t it? Glass half full

That's the kind of insane logic I can get behind!!

AJE also basically slammed him down once, landing on his shoulder with all his weight. I thought that would be a possible separated shoulder and a roughing call for sure.

Me too.............you could see that Kermit really felt that one........he was in too much pain to complain to the Refs about the hit!!
