  1. I was responding to "him and Mike Nolan I wouldn't be too upset".

I would be upset with Chan Gailey and the greatest D-coordinator ever. No way on earth Chan Gailey should have

ever been in the conversation to be a head coach in the NFL again. This is clearly a case of "hmm, nobody wants this

job, who can we get?" "Hey, isn't Chan Gailey out of coaching after getting canned by Georgia Tech? Maybe he'll

    do it!"

Really, how did they even come up with his name?

his last job was as OC. in KC he did a fairly good job with bad talent on offense.

  2. I would freak out (in a good way). I love Colt McCoy, guy reminds me of Drew Brees coming out of college. In fact, the exact same negatives that people throw at McCoy were the same ones they threw at Brees that allowed him to slip to the 2nd round.

I know I'm in the minority, but Colt McCoy is going to be a star NFL QB.

I like him but th einjuries scare me. if we can vick cheap and maybe a rookie to groom? what about the central mich. QB. Lefeauvre (sp)

  3. REALLY??? There is no possible explanation for the Chan Gailey hiring other than that the organization is completely

inept and could find no remotely reasonable candidate that would take the job.

This is truly a joke at the same level (or worse) than the Raiders hiring Lane Kiffin, moving him from USC OC

    to NFL HC.

It won't do anything for the Bills' current QBs because there isn't a remotely viable starting-calibre NFL QB on the

    roster.

Really??? Read the post, you replied with nothing. Did I say I liked it or agreed with it? No, it is what it is. I was just wondering what would happen with the QB's and the style offense being as how he has run different styles. Aso, I did not mention anything about the current QB's. please read before you reply.

  4. I wonder what this move will do for our QB's. He has had many different types of QB's. From run first, ball control passing (Dallas) and spread/Pistol (KC) and spread no-huddle option in College. maybe a guy like tebow or vick? Thigpen put up decent numbers in his KC Offense.

him and Nolan I wouldn't be too upset.

  5. Tebow has had a great college career and probably will be a 1st rounder, but no where does that say he will have a great NFL career.

See Ryan Leaf, Jamarcus Russell, JP Losman, etc (ok, the last 2 can still have careers if they can turn things around since they are still active in the NFL)

Wat's your poin t you can say this about every pick and every position?

  6. It would be great from a building stand point. Younger receivers coming up (Hardy, Johnson, ), Evans, Jackson, and Lynch could really be used, and we could spend that 1st rounder on a LT. Brohm and Fitz could remain backups and we could get a DT or Linebacker in the 2nd round.

Agreed, I'd be happy my only concern would be is he too much on the downside of hid career, like bledsoe was?

  7. I would be thrilled to see the Bills land McCoy or Shipley. Shipley reminds me of Wes Welker. I really admire their work ethic, their committment to winning, and their faith in Christ. Get her done BUDDY!

Both seem talented, I'd take Shipley, McCoy appears injury prone,

  8. Not surprising since he pretty clearly demonstrated he was not up to NFL level OC work with the Bills. Him getting at least a lateral transfer (if not promotion) to college HC seemed kinda weird.

For Bills fans just further evidence that one has to wonder what GW was thinking when he gave the O car keys to Kragthorpe who was so ineffective, GW had to can him when he had contract left (a situation which Mr. Ralph tends to avoid like the plague).

In the end it looked like it was bizarrely mission accomplished for TD who seemed to hire a DC wunderkind as HC with the goals of not simply winning but making sure an HC he hired did no run him out of town like Cohwer did in Pitts. TD seemed to set GW up to fail by allowing him to hire a bunch of not ready for PT offensive guys when this was clearly GW's big weakness.

TD never managed his HC to win and Mr. Ralph never managed his GM to balance his failings.

he was a very successful HC nat tulsa, and was a hot coach that chose louisville. he has been sucessful as a college level hc

  9. Part of it is CYA by AVP for either his or Trent's shortcomings. The numbers do not make sense, but we also don't know who calls a run in that situation, and how would they know there's one on one coverage ahead of getting to the line?

To me it's TE's inability to adjust to a blitz. It's the same thing I've been saying since the Jets' game in 2007 and it's obvious that opposing D's have it figured out as well. The pressure will keep coming until he's able to consistently beat a 3-4 heavy blitzing D.

The first two weeks everyone talked about how good AVP was doing at calling plays now we don't even know who calls the plays? where are we getting this from?

  10. What happened to "This year Trent will be able to audible to better plays at the line." Seems like every time Trent audibles, it's to a run.

When Lee or TO are singled up are we to believe they can't get open, if they can't maybe we need to be starting Steve and Justin.

The first two weeks it was mentioned how well he audibled and he audibled to a lee evans TD. It was only one bad game.

  11. The no-huddle mean that don't huddle that is it, he said it will continue to be the base offense. No-huddle does not mean hurry-up offense. (look at colts). you can easily be smash mouth and no huddle a lot of college teams do it in a run oriented scheme and it works. it allows the coaches and qb's more time to look at defense and adjust and audible

  12. SIT DOWN!

Preseason. Regular season. Time outs. Blow outs.

Yeah, we see ya... you're 21 and drunk.

    Wow.

Now grow up and sit down unless there is a reason to stand.

And stop turning to the crowd with your beer in hand and yelling "AAAAAAAHHHHHHHH! COME ONNNNNNNNN"!

I'm talking to you... tunnel end zone guy.

I stand, but everyone in my section does, especially during the season, not as much the preseason.

But I do hate the guys that turn around and try to pump everyone up. you are annoying, nobody cheers because of you. you also wonder why you get pelted with peanuts when you stand up, its because you are annoying. enjoy the game and face the field.

  13. It is pretty lame and pathetic to get happy about an injury for any player in the NFL. These guys literally risk their lives every time they step on the practice field or game turf. :flirt:

Come on man, I risk my life everyday, driving 15 minutes to work, typing and talking on a phone all day, then getting home logging on to twitter, facebook and twobillsdrive. Then its time for porn. I'm practically making myself go blind and giving myself the hairiest palms. I'm literally killing myself. Plus I'm getting fatter and cholesterol is high, I RISK MY LIFE EVERYDAY and you don't hear me bitching about it.

Oh well time for a smoke and some pharmecuticals.
