  1. Here's some articles to check out: Linky Vick might be doing some stuff for the Humane Society. PETA breaks off talks with Vick to do PSA for them. PETA believes that this revelation, along with other factors in the report, fit the established profile for anti-social personality disorder (APD), and we called on Vick to have a brain scan to help confirm this. People diagnosed with APD are commonly referred to as "psychopaths." They are usually male, prone to lying and manipulation, often take pleasure in cruelty, and cannot feel genuine remorse, which frequently leads to recidivism. Old news but I thought some may not know about this stuff.
  2. Here's more about tornados yesterday. The Hilton tornado was labeled an EF-0 on the Ehhanced Fujita Scale, the lowest rating. The Genesee County twister was an EF-1, McLaughlin said.
  3. I found the last episodes to be disappointing but the more I see them the more they grow on me. I think hands down the best episode is the contest. After that one it's really hard to choose. The Marine Biologist one is up there. It might be the best ending for any Seinfeld episode.
  4. This clip from Youtube even comes with subtitles
  5. What exactly hasn't given you that impression? How long were you at Bills camp today? Well, not to any reasonable person. If you love the team so much that you're a douche who's constantly bitching then anything good anyone says will be immediately shot down. Obviously he doesn't. What he said. I'll add that they've added a lot of nastiness to the line. Something Peters lacks. I wonder why no teams have signed him yet. 32 teams must be nuts! And criticizing anything anyone who's attended camp, when you have not, is even more ridiculous.
  6. I agree. I was making a sarcastic remark about TE's detractors. I know you understood that but it was more for the Negative Nellies. Damn, I was hoping Manning would be #18 for us!! Ya think? Believe me I'm sure Bellichicken had a navy seal sneak into the Bills dorm and grab a playbook, copy it, and get it back before anyone was the wiser!!!
  7. Who's your choice to replace DiGiorgio? I think bringing him to camp to compete for a job would just be smart. JMO
  8. This guy is a douche. I loved this part of the article; He will likely play the starters for only a series or two. He will caution to guard against injuries. He will play it safe. I like to call this the conservative vs. competitive dichotomy. Can one truly be competitive if their dominating quality is conservatism? Does the word conservative really belong in any descriptive text when discussing the sport of football? HELL NO! Football is war on the field. Let's see why would Jauron want to play the starters for the first series or two? Maybe it's that the backups need a lot of work. Maybe it's because choosing the backups is a little more difficult. Maybe it's because he doesn't want the starters in a position to get hurt? If Jauron played the starters for a whole quarter and TO or Edwards had a season ending or significant injury a lot of people, maybe him, would be all over Jauron for playing his starters so long in a meaningless game. There would also be a lot of criticism if the Bills cut a guy from camp who went on to be a star on another team. Giving the backups more time makes that less likely. The starting offense get's what they need in TC practices. The last preseason game is when they will play a lot more. I don't know of any NFL HC who plays his starters much differently. I highly doubt the Biteans will play their starters for a significant amount of time either. JMO
  9. You think that's creepy. You should see Deerball's wedding video.
  10. Thanks dat was awesome! I only have one bone to pick with your reporting; 2. Of course, as expected, the story of the day was TO. He was the last player out of the locker room in the morning session and received a huge ovation from all in attendance as he took the field. All TV cameras were pointed in his direction all day and he did not disappoint in any way. He was very smooth in his route running and caught everything that came his way, including a 65 yard bomb on a perfectly thrown ball from Edwards in the afternoon session. He was just as advertised and was probably the best player on the field today. One thing I did notice is that they used him in a lot of crossing routes which he completed effectively. What else can be said......he was great. That's impossible. All of the "experts" here say TE has a weak arm. You must have hallucinated that. Just sayin.
  11. Whether that matters or not I don't care whether it does or doesn't.
  12. Ohhh, the C student who got into Yale! Gotcha!
  13. Link irregardless One entry found. Main Entry: ir·re·gard·less Listen to the pronunciation of irregardless Pronunciation: \ˌir-i-ˈgärd-ləs\ Function: adverb Etymology: probably blend of irrespective and regardless Date: circa 1912 nonstandard : regardless usage Irregardless originated in dialectal American speech in the early 20th century. Its fairly widespread use in speech called it to the attention of usage commentators as early as 1927. The most frequently repeated remark about it is that “there is no such word.” There is such a word, however. It is still used primarily in speech, although it can be found from time to time in edited prose. Its reputation has not risen over the years, and it is still a long way from general acceptance. Use regardless instead.
  14. Well you're axing the right guys.
  15. No actually I have....HEY!!!
  16. Yes. I guess these guys never made it to camp.
  17. I see what's happening here!! I get it!! dev re-opened his thread to keep people from noticing this thread. Why would dev be afraid of people asking legitimate questions? Why would he try to cover this crap up!!
  18. He also had an impressive collection of panty hose and dresses. Yeah, you'd like that wouldn't you! What's your angle here? How much have you been given to participate in this conspiracy? Be honest! The FBI has started their investigation and charges of "obstructing justice" is a serious crime! You think I'm joking! You think I'm funny? Funny how?! That question can apply to dresses too, I think. Did J. Edgar Hoover Really Wear Dresses? By Ronald Kessler Mr. Kessler is the author of a new book on the FBI, The Bureau: The Secret History of the FBI, available from Amazon.com. In 1993, Anthony Summers, in his book Official and Confidential: The Secret Life of J. Edgar Hoover, claimed that Hoover did not pursue organized crime because the Mafia had blackmail material on him. In support of that, Summers quoted Susan L. Rosenstiel, a former wife of Lewis S. Rosenstiel, chairman of Schenley Industries Inc., as saying that in 1958, she was at a party at the Plaza Hotel where Hoover engaged in cross-dressing in front of her then-husband and Roy Cohn, former counsel to Senator Joe McCarthy. "He [Hoover] was wearing a fluffy black dress, very fluffy, with flounces and lace stockings and high heels, and a black curly wig," Summers quoted Susan as saying. "He had makeup on and false eyelashes."[1] Not that there's anything wrong with that.
  19. I agree with a lot of what you said, but it was the 90's not the 80's. Is it your opinion that the only reason Flutes was never given the starting role and was cut from teams is because the starters didn't want him around? You really think that NFL coaches don't want to win? Why couldn't he supplant the QB's that kept getting injured if he was so magnificent. If he had stayed around long enough he may have gotten a chance to start. I believe there is no question he was dick while on the Bills as evidenced by the article linked earlier in this thread.
  20. AH HA!!! SUDDENLY THE THREAD REOPENS AFTER ALLEGATIONS OF MISCONDUCT! If you're hoping that I will drop my investigation you are sadly mistaken! Link
  21. I really hope you're kidding about that. I agree that when somebody says axe it's a red flag, but if you call a prior landlord and they give a glowing report then rent to 'em. However, I'm pretty sure that somebody who uses axe would be a long shot for that.
  22. No I did see a guy filming named Zap-u-Der!! Link
