  1. Hopefully Marv has some sense and we draft Quinn if he is available. JP is not a good QB.
  2. Who cares about these rankings. It's just filler.
  3. I like the optimism but we can't stop the run so therefore I predict a blowout. Also, we are talking Playoffs which a stretch.
  4. Mangini and that coaching staff are far superior to Jauron and crew. The Jets have been progressing every week and yes I know the Bills have somewhat improved. They beat the Patsies at home. There is a reason that Jauron has been out of coaching for a while. I do think he is better than Mularkey and Greg Williams. I just don't like our cover 2 D. Mangini knows exactly how to beat it from his years with the Pats.
  5. Brady played a very good game against that D. 22 33 269 66.7 1 Td 2 INT. NO TEAM HAS AMASSED MORE 300 YARDS AGAINS THEM. THAT GUY IS CLUTCH.
  6. Never heard of Hall of Famer Norm Van Brocklin. Class of 1971 Quarterback >>> 6-1, 190 (Oregon) 1949-1957 Los Angeles Rams, 1958-1960 Philadelphia Eagles Norman Mack Van Brocklin. . .Oregon All-America, 1948. . . Passed for 554 yards one game, 1951. . . Generalled Eagles to 1960 NFL crown. . .NFL's Most Valuable Player, 1960. . . Selected to nine Pro Bowl games. . .Born March 15, 1926, in Eagle Butte, South Dakota. . .Died May 2, 1983, at age of 57. You must really know your Football history. I am 34 and I knew he was a Hall of Famer.
  7. Are you kidding????? Eli is a much better QB. JP had one good game.
  8. Are you kidding????? Eli is a much better QB. JP had one good game.
  9. My logic is that the Texans have far more invested in Carr than the Bills have in JP.
  10. Carr was the #1 pick in the draft so he will get more time than a late first rounder.
  11. Yes we will. One game does not mean anything. JP will never be a consistent QB in this league. All you have to do is look at the body of work and you will know that next week he will be not productive. Mark my words.
  12. While I like Willis obviously. Running backs are easily replaceable.
  13. Who cares?????????????? The team stinks. I don't care if Mcgee makes the Pro Bowl. I just want the team to win.
  14. Who cares about the Patriots. Why is everyone so consumed with them. I care about the Bills and thats it. I wish we had a team that was as competitive as them.
  15. Marc Bulger is light years ahead of JP and Alex Smith was #1 pick for a reason. Jake Delhomme is far better
  16. Another ridiculous comparison saying Rivers, Manning or Ben would not produce in this offense. Please stop with this crap. JP was a late first rounder and he is not even close to those guys in terms of playing QB. JP is also short by QB standards 6,1 or maybe 6,2. I do not know why everyone here thinks this guy is going to be good .
  17. 1. Montana 2. Bradshaw 3. Unitas 4. Marino 5. Fouts 6. Farve (most 30 touchdown seasons) 7. Manning (will definitely move higher) 8. Brady (maybe top three by career end- actually compiling big stats, far more than Elway 9. Baugh 10. Graham
  18. After watching the likes of Brady and Manning execute their offenses. I see no chance JP will ever to be able to execute the offense at any level of consistency. Also I heard Tirico say on MNF that Belichick said that Brady is the hardest working player he has ever coached and Belichick has been in the NFL for 36+ years. Do any Bills fans think that JP puts in as much time effort as Brady or Peyton. JP is a joke and I am growing tired of him
  19. I think the Colts will win easily 40-21. This Peyton's year. Brady is not that good.
  20. Eli was a #1 pick. JP was #22. That is a huge difference in talent. Can we please stop comparing JP to Eli, Rivers and Ben. He is not in their class and he never will be.
  21. More excuses for JP. Now you want to blame Fairchild who I think knows JP's strengths far better than you do. Bottom line. he has not performed well. No more excuses i.e. OL, playcalling, small receivers, no running game, etc.. He is not soley to blame but he is not performing as well as should at this point in his development. I really believe he has regressed from first few games because teams can better game plan for him because there is more game film to look at.
  22. This column was written by Michael Felger, Boston Herald and he was covering Bill's presser. A reporter asked Belichick about the legacy of the 90's Bills. Read below: Unfortunately for Polian, he always seems to lose to Belichick despite the grievances. Perhaps that was the backdrop to the second half of Belichick’s presser yesterday, when he was asked an innocuous question about the legacy of the 1990s Buffalo Bills, who went to four consecutive Super Bowls but didn’t win one of them. Belichick was asked how special that run was. “I don’t know,” he said. “I guess it’s good to be there and not be eliminated earlier. . . . I guess that’s good. But when you play in that game, there’s only one champion. I’m sure for whatever good feelings they had about getting there, they had more disappointment about not winning those games.” For those who don’t know, Polian was an architect of those teams, serving as Buffalo’s general manager from 1985-92. “I’m not saying it’s better to not be there,” continued Belichick. “It’s better to have loved and lost than not loved at all. . . . But I don’t think there’s anyone I’ve talked to who has lost that game - and I’ve been a part of it one time (as a defensive assistant on the Patriots in 1996) - you still don’t get a very good feeling. To come up short is a tremendous disappointment in that situation.” Belichick spent several minutes talking about the greatness of the Bills offenses those years, which led to another question: Were they the best team never to win a title? “They had a talented team, but only one of those games was a real competitive game, right?” Belichick said. “The rest of them were, what, 55-10, or whatever they were.” Ouch. That one competitive game came in Super Bowl XXV against the Giants of Bill Parcells and Belichick. Buffalo was the favorite, yet Belichick’s game plan won out. When asked about that game, Belichick did something he rarely does: He directly addressed his Super Bowl success over the years. “For those of us who have more than one child, they’re all special,” Belichick said. “Five Super Bowls (two as a Giants assistant), they’ve all been special. I wouldn’t want to be without any of them.” Polian? He’s childless. He’s served as an NFL president or general manager for three different teams (with Buffalo, Carolina and Indy) over 18 years and has never won a championship.
  23. Bledsoe played behind the same line as Brady and played awful and he was at least a veteran QB. Brady worked like a dog to accomplish what he did and he actually publicly said that Drew was not willing to work as hard as he did. Please be serious with JP would have won a Super Bowl. Maybe JP will be fine. I hope so, but there is no evidence to suggest he will be succesful.
