  1. http://sports.espn.go.com/nfl/news/story?id=3686033 Assigning the credit for the Bills' great fourth quarters to Trent Edwards seems ridiculous now -- the Bills' offense is only 24th in the league in the fourth quarter, while their defense ranks second in the final frame.
  2. Here's the problem: Marshall + Royal > Evans + Hardy/Parrish/Johnson Broncos' OL > Bills' OL I won't even discuss the Cutler/Edwards comparison, as I don't want to offend anyone's delicate sensibilities. As for the Ravens game, Anderson threw it away, literally.
  3. just give it to 'em phantom flag on Price on a crucial 3rd down play in '06
  4. thanks for the advice, but over the last 4 games, the only thing worse than the play of the defense have been the defensive game-planning, and in-game adjustments
  5. Like the film on Pennington and Favre?
  6. I'm sure that Fewell will let him sit back in the pocket and get comfortable, so that he can riddle the Bills with short passes to Winslow, Edwards, Stallworth, Lewis and Wright
  7. The Moondogs Johnny & Jimmy Valiant
  8. Pats** 24 Bills 16
  9. I've read that Torain is out for the year
  10. My sarcasm detector must be off.
  11. Nice to see a blitzing defense.
  12. They didn't even have 300 net offensive yards yesterday - I'd hardly consider that to be a solid offensive performance
  13. Craig Rivet is back.
  14. If by "looking for the home run", Hoge means "looking to get back to the line of scrimmage due to inept blocking", then I agree
  15. this Thursday. Will Fewell sit back and let him get comfortable on 11/17? http://sports.espn.go.com/nfl/news/story?id=3680927
  16. Yep. That's been part of the problem these past 2 games.
  17. What happened to Selvin Young?
  18. he redshirted this year - stress fracture in his left tibia, IIRC. Supposedly, the injury bothered him last year as well.
  19. First game of the season (albeit an exhibition) tonight vs. Cal State - Los Angeles. Cal State- Los Angeles is coached by Stevie Thompson. Should be an interesting season...no Scoop Jardine, and Donte went to the NBA, but Devendorf and Rautins are back. SU also added Kris Joseph and Mookie Jones, two freshmen who should be able to provide some help.
