I saw this at the top of the board, and did not pay attention to the name until now. I have been posting here for about 5 years, and because of computer problems I have had to start new accounts recently. I talked to him several times over in that period of time. Seemed like a great person, I know he talked about moving to the Tampa area near relatives. I am as shell shocked as all of you.

Flying up from Florida on Saturday morning. Can't wait. Was there there 5 years ago for a Jets game, met some some great folks. Best tailgating ever. Section 116 row 9. 3 of us, one Jets fan. Will be looking for somewhere to go on Saturday.

Well let's see how he does this week against one of the best lines. You are right-but a linebacker that gets 10 sacks in his rookie year, and gets three in his first game of his second year, might be someone you want on Sunday.

-Just going over some stats from week one, this guy is a monster. 6'4", 272 linebacker 3 sacks in week one. Only his second year. A 272 pound backer backer that can move and hit like that. Damn jealous. God we need Spikes on this defense. The best part about beating Miami is that they start the season 0-2 in front of their home crowd in their home opener.

Great- thank you for the find. I hope he plays Sunday and remains injury free. What a different team with him on the field. Superstars have that effect on others.

Losman also should have been more aware of his place on the field and avoided being brought down in the end zone. And you bring up some good points. But I distinctly remember him not being able to convert several short yard downs last year. I'm sorry, and I will put this to rest- but he ran like a man on a mission when Henry was #1. And our line sucked, just answer me one question- have you seen a stiff-arm since??????????????????????

Well maybe he can get two yards with no hole availabe- because THAT IS HIS JOB- and maybe we will not need to have this conversation. Did you see anything that gives you the impression that he is our savior at running back today. Good god, we gave him a pass last year for piss poor coaching. Where is the stiff arm that he used to run Travis out of town??????
